This Return Policy applies to “https://www.jwbasics.com” (hereinafter, "us", "we", “our”, "store", "the store", "website", "this website", “www.jwbasics.com” or "https://www.jwbasics.com"). Customer Experience is critically important to us, therefore we strive to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied with our services. This page “Return Policy”, informs you of our policies regarding the returning of items purchased directly from us, using this website.
Thank you for choosing JW Basics and thank you for your purchase. We strive to provide quality products, flexible delivery options, and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any item outside of the exception list for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or item exchange. Please see below for more information regarding our return policy.
For all returns, JW Basics must be notified by the Return Form and all items must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchased date. All returned items must be in the same condition as it was sold, with all original tags and labels attached.
The Return Process
We recommend that you notify us immediately about any anomalies with the condition of your item(s) and do not wait until the 7th day. To start the return process, please complete the Return Form with accurate details about your purchase. Upon receiving an email from Product Support with your Return ID and Return Address, kindly place the item(s) and all of its contents securely in its original package with original Proof of Purchase documents.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges except items in the following condition(s):
- Dead on arrival
- Faulty on arrival
- Order Error / Receipt of the wrong item
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You can optionally request our delivery service to pickup the packages.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange if the item meets our return standards. Please allow at least seven (14) business days from the receipt of your returned item for processing to complete. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
JW Basics offers a wide variety of products, and while we provide a friendly return policy, there are a few exceptions. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, credited or exchanged:

- Nail Polish - Conditions Apply
- Dirty Items
- Washed items
- Signs of worn or torn
- Custom Made Products - Where your specific dimensions, measurements, and instructions were followed.
If the above items (Conditions Apply) were purchased in bulk and a single product was opened to be viewed or sampled, JW Basics will accept the returning of all products purchased if the rest are left unopened and unused.
For example, you purchased 10 Earphones, and you opened one and saw that it was the wrong product or it does not work with a particular type of cellular device, we will accept the returning of all 10 earphones on the basis that the remaining 9 are of the same model and brand and were left unopened and in the state that it was delivered.
Tampered Items / Damaged Items
JW Basics does not accept any responsibility or liability for items damaged, tampered, stained, dirty, washed, ironed, worn, torn, scratched and or adjusted by our customers. Upon item inspection, if it is revealed that an item is in one or more of the following conditions, we will process and return the original item to the customer without processing a refund, store credit or exchange.
Warranty or Extended Return
Some items are subject to warranty or extended return (Please see product page for more details), or contact the seller directly via the contact form on the Seller Page, in that case, an item under warranty or extended return will be processed under the rules and conditions of that particular product bond.
If it is suspected that a customer is processing fraudulent returns, in the case of returning item(s) that was never purchased from us and or frequently purchasing, and returning items after suspected use, JW Basics, reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable the customer's account and report these cases to the relevant authority. Lawsuits will also be taken for company damages or losses due to this activity.

Although most changes are likely to be very minor, we may change our Return Policy from time to time, and in our sole discretion. We encourage our visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to our Return Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Return Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
